Now you need to rename the .ogg files. You can have upward to fourteen unlike songs in Minecraft. Naming the .ogg file afterwards one of the discs, which are shown in the picture below, or available in a .txt certificate inside the 'records' folder - will make that song play, when the disc you renamed it to, is put into a jukebox.

That'south it!
If y'all have whatever questions, exit them in the comment section beneath and I volition reply them as best I tin.

"Is information technology possible to add completely new discs with custom music likewise?"
- Yes! It was recently fabricated possible to do without mods via a Datapack created by PMC member: Bertiecrafter - You can cheque out his tutorial on the subject field right here: [Create Custom Music Discs] + [Custom Music Disc Framework]

"How practice I change the background music of Minecraft?"

- I recently released a tutorial that explains this in particular, using the same Resources Pack that y'all accept used for this tutorial - Meaning! These two tutorials are uniform with each other! You can cheque information technology out hither: How to Change Groundwork Music in Minecraft (The Like shooting fish in a barrel Way)

"My pack is cherry and does non work when I turn information technology on."

- If your pack shows up in red inside the 'Resourcepack option menu', that ways you have either downloaded the wrong version (Look at Step. one) or you are playing on the wrong version of the game. Double-bank check this first, otherwise, leave a comment and I will help y'all.

"I tried to become this to work for ane.16.3, but the pack did not work."
- You have most likely downloaded the Resources Java one.16 Zero file, instead of the 1.xvi.iv. - 1.sixteen of the Resources Java only support version 1.xvi to 1.sixteen.ane of Minecraft Java Edition, while you need to download the Resources Java 1.sixteen.four, if you want to get it to work on version ane.16.three of Minecraft Coffee Edition.

"W hen I motion the texture pack to the game, it never shows upward in-game-"
- There are three bug which can cause this:
1. You lot have misplaced the Resources Java folder in the old "Texturepack" binder.
2. You have unpacked the files within the Resourcepacks folder (See movie below every bit an example) - To ready this, create a folder with any proper noun, and put all the files into that folder.

3. Double-cheque that the Resource Coffee folder contains both of the essential files:
- assets
- pack.mcmeta

If 1 of these files are missing, so download one of the Resource Java folders, of form for the version of the game that you take made the dysfunctional pack, and re-create/paste the missing files over. This should solve the result.

"East verything is .ogg and named properly and some piece of work others dont."
- Double cheque that yous have not used any upper-case letter messages in the naming process. If a .ogg file is named anything with a capital in information technology, then information technology won't register in the game, and the music won't play. Remember: everything needs to exist small-scale messages, otherwise it won't piece of work.

If you lot're still having trouble: experience free to get out a comment or transport me your files. I'll take a expect at it and see what I can do :)
